How PicoRank compares to the tools you've heard of
Comparison pages usually declare their own product the winner nine rows out of nine. Ours don't: prices and facts are checked from public sources and dated, and every page has a “pick them if…” list we actually mean. Where a competitor is better, we say so — being the cheap one only works if you're also honest.
The short version
The big suites (Semrush, Ahrefs) bundle rank tracking into platforms that start around $129–140/month. Brilliant if you use the platform; expensive if you mostly check rankings. Dedicated trackers like Wincher sell keyword buckets from around €49/month with daily updates.
PicoRank's angle is different: a permanent free plan, then small flat tiers — Starter at $9/month for 100 keywords, Pro at $29 for 500 with weekly audits and on-demand checks, Multi-Pro at $89 for five domains with 2,000 pooled keywords — plus $4 keyword packs when you outgrow a tier, with competitor tracking and site audits along the way. Small needs, small bill. Prices checked July 2026.
