This policy explains what PicoRank collects and how it's used.

What we collect

Account information: your email address and authentication data.
The domains and keywords you choose to track, and your plan settings.
Basic usage and device/log data needed to operate the service.

How we use it

To provide rank tracking and show you your results.
To authenticate you and secure your account.
To operate, maintain, and improve the service.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the service — for example, authentication is handled by Supabase, and rankings are gathered via search-data providers. These providers process data on our behalf.

Google user data

If you connect a Google account, PicoRank requests read-only access to your Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console data, plus your account email address. We use this data solely to show your own analytics and search-performance information inside your PicoRank dashboard and reports. We never use it for advertising, and we never sell it or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

We store the minimum required (OAuth tokens, encrypted and server-side only, and the metrics needed to render your reports), and you can disconnect at any time from the Integrations page or by revoking access in your Google Account permissions, which deletes the associated tokens.

PicoRank's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

If you subscribe to our newsletter we store your email address, the time you subscribed, the page you subscribed from, and your consent — and, with double opt-in, when you confirmed. Emails are sent via Resend, our email delivery provider, and every one includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Unsubscribing stops all newsletter email; you can also ask us to delete your address entirely.

Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences (like your theme choice), and operate the site. The marketing site also uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement to understand how visitors find us — see the cookie policy for the exact list and how to opt out.

Data retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request access to, or deletion of, your account data by contacting us.
