These terms govern your use of PicoRank ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
PicoRank tracks where a domain ranks for keywords you choose, across search engines, geographies, and device types, and updates those rankings weekly. Rankings are measurements of search results at a point in time and can vary by location, device, personalization, and search-engine changes.
Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- New email accounts must be verified before access.
Plans & billing
- The Free plan is offered at no cost within its stated limits.
- Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Multi-Pro) and their add-ons are billed in advance, monthly or annually, at the prices shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Plan changes take effect immediately with prorated billing; cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period. Downgrading never deletes your data — anything over the new plan's limits becomes read-only until you upgrade again or reduce usage.
- Some in-app extras are one-time purchases; they are charged once at the displayed price and are non-recurring. Charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law — if something went wrong, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or business outcomes — PicoRank reports rankings; it doesn't control them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PicoRank is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the service.
